Equipment hire

Why rent equipment?

Hiring equipment offers several advantages, being a practical and economical solution for both businesses and individual users. Here are some reasons why hiring equipment can be beneficial:

  1. Cost-effectiveness Hiring equipment allows for reduced initial investment as expensive machinery doesn't need to be purchased. Instead, you only pay for the rental period, which can be short-term or customisable to your needs.
  2. Maintenance and repair In the event of rental, we are responsible for the maintenance and repair of our equipment related to the natural wear and tear of the equipment. The tenant is responsible for the repair of malfunctions caused by the misuse of the equipment. This will reduce your administrative burden and ensure that the equipment is always in working order.
  3. Adaptability Renting provides flexibility according to changing requirements. If your business or personal needs change, you can simply swap equipment or increase/decrease the quantity rented as needed.
  4. Environmental friendliness Renting equipment promotes a circular economy by reducing the amount of electronic waste. Rented equipment can be returned or upgraded, thereby reducing the environmental impact of electronic devices.
  5. Mitigation of risks Technology can be unpredictable, and ownership carries the risk of depreciation and obsolescence. By leasing, you mitigate the impact of these risks, as you are not responsible for the equipment's depreciation or becoming outdated.

KitchenService offers individual appliances for rent as well as complete kitchen solutions.

Equipment rental request

Full service rental - All equipment with maintenance for one monthly payment.

Opening a catering establishment already incurs significant expenses, and often there isn't much free capital to purchase all the necessary equipment. Full-service leasing helps you control costs and save on start-up expenses. For one monthly payment, you can rent the required equipment, and it will be continuously maintained.

How does full-service leasing work?

  • We will ascertain your equipment needs and assemble a quote.
  • We will draw up a rental agreement, after which you will have the desired equipment at your disposal.
  • KitchenService performs ongoing maintenance on equipment and replaces spare parts as needed to ensure the equipment is in good working order.
  • We will replace the amortised equipment at no extra cost.
  • If you no longer need the equipment, it is possible to terminate the contract without purchasing the equipment.
  • The monthly fee is individual depending on the client's needs, equipment and contract length

Getting rental equipment

After signing the rental agreement, there are two options for collecting the rental equipment:

  1. I will pick it up myself The device(s) can be collected from the KitchenService warehouse at Kassi 15, Tallinn.

  2. I require transport Delivery of rental equipment within Tallinn from €18 + €221 per 3 km. (The price depends on the size and quantity of the equipment). Delivery outside Tallinn by arrangement.

Return of rental equipment

When returning equipment, general good practice should be observed:

  1. Return deadline: The agreement defines the deadline by which the rented equipment must be returned. It is important to adhere to the deadlines and return the equipment on time to avoid potential fines or additional costs.

  2. Condition of equipment: The equipment must be returned in good condition, excluding normal wear and tear. The user is responsible for the correct and careful use of the equipment and may be liable to compensate for any damages or malfunctions.

  3. Cleanliness and Maintenance: Returned equipment must be properly cleaned and serviced. This includes cleaning the external parts of the equipment and, if necessary, the internal parts in accordance with the given instructions. If uncleaned equipment is returned, a cleaning fee for the equipment will be added to the invoice.

  4. Accessories Equipment must be returned complete with all included accessories. Missing or damaged accessories must be compensated to the lessor.

  5. Transport arrangements The terms of the contract define who is responsible for the return of the rented equipment and how it will be organised in terms of transport.
